Cancellation Policy

We adhere to a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Same-Day Cancellation fee is 50% of service booked. No-Shows are charged the full service booked. Fee is due immediately. Payment can be done with credit card over the phone. Note; future appointments cannot be scheduled until Same-Day Cancellation or No-Shows payment has been completed. This allows us to make future appointments and facilitates the scheduling process.
